MEET THE TEAM
 Cailin - Managing DirectorI’m a twenty year old fashion student from Ireland with big dreams of being the next Leandra Medine (founder of ManRepeller.com). That’s why I think starting PAUSE Collaborations with my team and working with talented artists is a great way to see what this kind of industry is like. I listen to Elvis Presley religiously and take style tips from the elderly, Jane Birkin and my mother. |  Kiana - Creative DirectorI am a 23 year old Fashion Design & Tech Student from Manchester with aspirations of starting my own Label not too far in the near future. I am an avid Stargazer and theoretical wonderer. PAUSE. Collaborations lets my creative juices flow swimmingly and my role of Creative Director is another wonderful way to see my creations come to life. |  Phoebe - Marketing DirectorI'm a 20 year old Fashion Promotion student, who loves to dance, read and take pictures. I admire Vivienne Westwood and her influence on the fashion industry, her style can go from grunge to feminine. As Marketing Director of PAUSE.  Lily - Sales DirectorI am a twenty-one year old German–Irish Buying and Merchandising student at MMU and get too excited about slick graphs and charts. Being Sales Director at PAUSE Collaborations enables me to create and analyse these to my heart’s desire while supporting up and coming local artists. When I am not lusting at number or stalking artists on Instagram, I enjoy singing, song-writing, knitting and figuring out how many cats I’ll be able to have in the future. |  Zellah - Finance DirectorI'm a 21 year old all-round lover of the arts, currently studying Fashion Design & Technology at MMU – specialising in sportswear. I have a very varied taste when it comes to art, but I am a sucker for 1970’s glam pop!
